While avocado can be a pretty tasty and nutritious snack we can all enjoy, there are times where it just doesn’t hit the right spot. Sometimes, you just can’t shake that craving for something a little bit more on the sweeter side. That’s why Veggly’s sharing with you today a recipe that not only will satisfy your sweet tooth, but is also refreshing and, most importantly, all vegan! Keep reading to learn how to make this delicious Avocado Ice Cream!


  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Cup of coconut milk
  • 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup of Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 5 dates
  • 3 Tbsp of cocoa powder

How to prepare:

  • Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit
  • Throw the avocado, 1/2 a cup of coconut milk and 1 tsp of vanilla extract into to blender and blend
  • Transfer it all to a container and freeze
  • Melt ½ a cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • Take your avocado skin and cover it with chocolate
  • Let the avocado skin sit in the fridge
  • For the pit, you’ll need to blend 5 dates with 1 tsp of cocoa powder and 3 tsp of oats
  • Roll that into a ball
  • Take your chocolate skin, fill it with ice cream and add your pit in the middle
